Week 1 - Setting up Your Success!

Call it a cleanse, a detox, a kickstart… call it whatever you want! But, this is how I hope you will experience it:

Meet Michelle 
creator of The Food First Fix!

Trained as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner at The Institute of Holistic Nutrition with advanced education in Functional Medicine and Homeopathy,  I bring a multitude of education and tools to help you reach a higher level of health.​

While specializing in individual and group coaching, I personalize all information according to each client's unique health needs while always following livingwell's core principles: Food First, Targeted Therapy and Personalized Protocol.

 

Each day I am amazed by my clients' health improvements and the fact that food alone can eliminate 80 to 100% of their symptoms.  When chronic symptoms cannot be healed with food alone, we incorporate other tool to achieve the best health possible.  Still, food will always be the first tool I introduce to clients through my unique health coaching programs.

    FAQs

    1. Will I get meal plans during the program that will tell me exactly what to eat?

    While I’m not a huge fan of meal plans for the simple reason that you will get really tired of eating the same thing for many weeks, you will receive meal plan templates with loads of meal ideas to choose from. And, yes I’ll add a meal plan example. Bonus: you will receive many tips on creating your own weekly meal plans which include leftovers, eating out and taking your busy life into consideration. 

    2. Will I have to search all over town for foods that I am not familiar with?

    I’ll make it super easy for you. We will use foods that are easily available in your grocery store. I might also introduce you to new foods and will explain exactly where to find them. This will help to increase variety and introduce extra nutrients (fuel!) to your body.

    3. I’m a picky eater, will I be able to do this?

    Yes. You can certainly work with the foods that you like. Almost everyone has a “no go” food list. My list includes mushrooms and olives. So while you can eat these, you don’t find them on any of my food lists ; )

     

    PS. I can even work with you if you don’t like or eat any vegetables! 

    4. Your program seems a bit overwhelming with many recommendations and things to do. I have a very busy life and don’t know how I will do everything at the right time. Will this program be of value for me?

    You are right! My program is designed to make the necessary changes to see results. That said, you can incorporate the recommendations at your own pace. You can make your own list of action items and add new recommendations each week. Heck, I’ll even include a list of all action items included in the program so that you can work at it according to your schedule. Post-program, you will continue to practice all these recommendations when you feel it’s important to do so.

    5. I’m on a few (or more) prescription medications, take I still take your program?

    Yes, absolutely! You will be asked to complete an initial intake form and I will review them all. If there is important information to take into consideration with certain medications, you will receive some guidance. You should also tell your primary health provider that you are starting to make nutrition changes. This will only have a POSITIVE impact on your overall health.

    6. I’m skeptical. You seem to think that making (only) food changes can have a dramatic impact on how I feel. I’ve done other programs before, didn’t see too many changes.

    That’s exactly why I have packaged my recommendations the way they are. It’s a step-by-step process to allow you to experience what food can do. Over 10,000 clients have gone through this process. I have learned what should happen to your health and if it doesn’t, I have suggestions for that too. My findings: 80% of symptoms can improve within 2 to 6 weeks of making the proper food changes. Then you can use other tools to address the other 20% of symptoms that food won’t fix.  

     

    Another fact: Only less than 10% of clients don’t see results. Reason: health issues have become chronic and other tools are needed. That said, food still needs to be cleaned up as it will be the foundation for other tools to actually work.
